Aim:

To help people with an idea who want to start their own business, and recognize that it needs to be customer centric in order to succeed, but have no funding or access to expert advice.

Objectives:

Offer guru guidance, advise and frameworks to the upcoming start-up generation in order to:
• Accelerate new ideas that will make a difference to South Africa/ Africa/the world because they deliver real customer value
• Build a new start-ups genre of customer centric thinkers and practitioners.
• Make service and customer value central to new start-up ventures and operations
• Ensure that digital strategies and funding for new digital ventures, are grounded in a customer centric approach
• Bring social impact to the forefront of customer centric start-up ventures

Stages:

1 Articulate the idea and preliminary research
2 Filter and frame the opportunity
3 Build a value proposition based on creating customer value
4 Finalize a business plan and financial model to go to market
5 Design an implementation roadmap
6 Create a story to tell and sell

Engagement:

One on one e-mentoring or face to face meetings. From time to time small group discussions.
Connection, when needed, to others who may be able to help.
Duration can be weeks months or one session.
